Last Sunday night, my sister Hanna drove up from Oklahoma to spend the week with us. It's been a fantastic week; I can't believe it's almost over already.
For the first part of the week, Hanna, Brett, and I spent some time together chillin in the metropolis of Vermillion, South Dakota, since Brett still had work and I still had school. Hanna came to school with me on Wednesday and even braved an Advanced Calc lecture! I was impressed.
On Thanksgiving Day, we loaded up the van with our two kitties and their litter box to spend a couple days in Sioux Falls with family. We ate, watched a great 80s movies, ate, played some Wii, ate, went Black Friday shoppting, ate, went to Sioux Falls' annual Parade of Lights, and ate some more. It was wonderful.
We drove back to Vermillion last night and got some much-needed sleep last night and this morning. In the afternoon we went to a Christmas tree farm and found a Christmas tree! We just finished decorating it.
I have lots of pictures, so I'll leave you with those. I hope your Thanksgiving was wonderful, too, and that this Christmas season is a beautiful one for you and your families.

Or at least, Brett, Sadie, and I do.
